Managing Director
Caleb believes in challenging the status quo, he leads with passion, dedication and hard work. If by chance found outside of work he will very likely be with his family or potentially planning the next big change at work!
Katelyn Deayton
Executive Administrator
Katelyn joined the EA team in 2019, through tenacity and professionalism Katelyn quickly became the go to person in the company and brings a great atmosphere with her everyday. Outside of work Katelyn can be found interior designing or shopping!
Rolf Scott
Business Development Manager
Rolf is truly passionate about every transaction, any opportunity to connect with a customer, this is the man on the phone! Primarily responsible for the Southwest region, to maintain and seek out new customers who we can help. If Rolf isn’t at work he will likely be found with his family or doing home improvements.
Mark Russell
Technical support
Mark brings a wealth of knowledge to the team, his practical thinking can do attitude gets him into some of the most technical quandaries but he is a great support to the team around him is responsible for product quality control ensuring every product remains aligned to the high standards that are expected from a Strident product. Outside of work, Mark is a family man, loves DIY and helping others.
Ian Pestell
QA & Goods In
When you receive your delivery on time and in full, it’s very likely to be Ian that has made it happen! Ian heads up the operational side of the business to ensure smooth running and efficiency whilst consider for the teams wellbeing. Outside of work Ian will be with his family or out somewhere urban exploring!
Tricia Chapman
Head of Procurement
Ensuring we have the right goods, in the right place at the right time and at the right price pointTricia has that difficult task to keep the sales guys happy with product whilst keeping accounts happy with the commercial aspect.When Tricia is not found behind her desk (which isn’t very often!) she may well be jet skiing in a lake nearby.
Vicky Russell
Head of Accounts and Compliance
With the responsibility of accounts and compliance firmly in her remit, Vicky rises to the challenge everyday. As one of our longest serving members on the team, Vicky is knowledgeable and experienced and is always ready to assist with anything accounts.Vicky takes the care of her family of all importance, so if she’s not at work, she’ll be running the kids around the town and if its not the kids it will likely be the mother!
Mercy Robinson
Executive Administrator
Mercy is a dedicated member of the admin team, passionate about the brand and always ready to help to keep the wheels turning. With a background of working with high profile clients, Mercy understands the importance of merging customer expectation with customer experience and is always eager to learn new skills. Outside of giving great customer service, Mercy is a avid F1 car racing fan so she knows the meaning of pitstop service.
Simon Cleere
Business Development Manager
Simon brings energy and passion to the Strident team, his experience of working with customers to provide a complete solution makes him a go to contact. Primarily Simon is responsible for the Eastern region to maintain and seek out new customers who we can help. Outside of work Simon will be likely be found surfing the Norfolk Coastline or relaxing at home with his family
