and move with the end goal in mind. Strategic planning and being ready to adapt to current
challenges are key components but doesn’t always lead to popularity!
Caleb is well known for fast paced, strategic change but moves with the wider plan in mind and
always strives to carry the team with him. He is incredibly passionate about customer experience
and works closely with the team around him to improve the experience for our valued customers
whilst always looking at ways to enhance efficiencies and reduce our environmental impact.
